About Us

Virginia MBDA Business Center

Our Center is operated by Capital Region Minority Supplier Development Council (CRMSDC), and is one of 40+ Business Centers funded by the U.S. Department of Commerce, Minority Business Development Agency (MBDA). We are the only federally-funded entity dedicated exclusively to helping Minority Businesses Enterprises (MBE’s) gain access to federal contracting opportunities, capital, key contacts and business intelligence to successfully compete to win federal contracts.

We facilitate sustainable relationships for MBEs with federal agencies and prime contractors. Our Business Consultants are specialists who have the knowledge and practical experience needed to run successful and profitable businesses.

Mason Enterprise Center

In 2023, we moved offices to the Mason Enterprise Center (MEC) in Fairfax, VA. We chose Fairfax City because of the synergy that MEC affords us the opportunity to enhance collaboration with our colleagues from the Virginia Procurement Technical Assistance Center (PTAC), an APEX Accelerator, and the Virginia Small Business Development Center (SBDC).
